We continue to follow the Volvo Ocean Race .

Auckland, New Zealand – March 18, 2012 – after the first 12 hours of racing in the fifth leg is CAMPER with Emirates Team New Zealand to lead the fleet.

Bad weather conditions with 40 knots of wind and 5 meters of waves against!

Abu Dhabi forced to return to Auckland to repair a damaged bulkhead just a few hours after departure from Itajai.

The team of Ian Walker could return to race in the next 24, 30 hours. But the worst is yet to come.

La barca sponsorizzata dagli Emirati (CAMPER) ha avuto un problema poco dopo la partenza della 5° tappa e ha dovuto rientrare in porto accumulando almeno 24 ore di svantaggio sugli altri teams.

Pessime condizioni meteorologiche mettono a durissima prova gli equipaggi
